Downloading and Using HelpDesk

If you're having a technical problem, it's likely that the support service will need to use remote desktop connection to see and fix your issue. So when calling us or chat with us, please be aware you'll probably need to download and use the HelpDesk utility. Please do not run the Helpdesk without being first invited by one of our support representatives via phone or live support chat. Also be aware that by running HelpDesk you'll be giving full control over your computer to the support staff. HelpDesk is a third-party application and we cannot guarantee the security of the HelpDesk connection.


Download HelpDesk Utility
Follow the download HelpDesk utility link and save it to your desktop.

 
Launch HelpDesk Utility
After the download completes, HelpDesk can be started by clicking the desktop icon.
Make a Connection
Double-click right on the words "Internet Support" to make a connection. The customer support technician will take control of your computer. Please do not run the Helpdesk without being first invited by one of our support representatives via phone or live support chat.
